How much, you wonder? The current versions of the Redmi Note 8 come with 4GB and 6GB RAM and Xiaomi is now going to give its 8GB RAM. And not only RAM, but the Redmi Note 8 is also going to get more storage- 256GB to be precise.

There’s no word as to whether Xiaomi India is going to consider this variant for the Indian market, given that it already sells the Redmi Note 8 Pro at a slightly higher price. However, if this variant of the Redmi Note 8 makes it to India, chances are that Xiaomi could sell it for Rs 13,999 in India, given that the Redmi Note 8 Pro starts at Rs 14,999.
