Commenting on assembly results in Maharashtra and Haryana where BJP faced a stiff fight from the oppositions, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel claimed that the people across the country are losing faith on Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah, the two most important leaders of the BJP.
While talking to reporters after arrival from his tour to Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh and New Delhi, Baghel greeted newly elected MLA from Chitrakot Rajman Benjam and said it was victory of the development issues.
Now the BJP has been wiped out from both the tribal dominated regions of the state– Surguja and Bastar, he further added.
About the outcome of his New Delhi tour, the Chief Minister said he had positive discussions with the Union ministers Nitin Gadkari, Rajnath Singh, Nirmala Sitharaman and Arjun Munda and that the meeting will surely deliver fruits.
