Congress president Sonia Gandhi is going to arrive at capital city, Raipur to attend the inaugural function of Rajyotsava-2019, being organised on the establishment day of Chhattisgarh state.
Official source informed that an invitation regarding the same was given by Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel when he paid visit to her at national capital on Wednesday. She gladly accepted the invitation and gave consent for attending the function
Notable, this year the Bhupesh Baghel government in the state has changed the venue of the function and is going to organise it at science college ground situated at the heart of the capital city instead of Nava Raipur.
This will ensure better participation of the people. In previous years the people faced problem in reaching the venue as Nava Raipur was situated away from the habitation in capital city.
