Savarkar was the one who put forward proposal to divide country, claims Bhupesh Baghel

Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel said that Vinayak Damodar Savarkar was the one who had put forward the proposal to divide the country and he was arrested as one of the conspirators in Gandhi ji’s murder. “Savarkar was a revolutionary till 1911, after being jailed he sought forgiveness from British many times. He was the one who put forward the proposal to divide the country, he was arrested as one of the conspirators in Gandhi ji’s murder,” said Baghel.
