JP Nadda was made the new Executive National President of BJP. This decision was taken in the meeting of the Parliamentary Board today. Since joining Amit Shah’s Modi cabinet, it was conceived that Nadda could soon be given the responsibility of the post of President.
In this Lok Sabha election, Shri Nadda took charge as the incharge of Uttar Pradesh, in which BJP had won 62 seats. After the meeting of the BJP Parliamentary Board, Rajnath Singh said, under the leadership of Amit Shah, the BJP won many elections. However, when the Prime Minister gave him the responsibility of the Home Minister, he said that I will not be able to fulfill the responsibilities of the BJP President in full sincerity. He told the responsibility of this post to be given to another. After this the decision was taken in the meeting that JP Nadda would be the Executive Chairman.
