After the Jan Arogya Yojana-Ayushman India, the Modi government has brought another major health care scheme, which will be able to treat serious and serious diseases at the cost of only ten rupees.

Also medicines will be made available to the patients at the actual cost. Significantly, the ESIC has more than 150 hospitals across the country, of which there are around 17,000 beds. There are treatments for diseases ranging from general ailments to serious diseases.
Prior to this scheme, only those people involved in ESIC coverage were provided treatment in these ASKA hospitals, but now the common people will also be able to get treatment. Under this scheme, a cover up to Rs 5 lakh per annum is available. In this, almost all serious diseases have been included. The families covered under this scheme will decide on their financial status.

Ayushman Bharat-Jan Arogya Yojna
Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the Ayushman Bharat-Jan Arogya Yojana in September. Mahatakshi Ayushman Bharat Scheme, which provides health insurance to 50 crore people of 50 crore people of the country, is considered as the world’s largest health care scheme. It is also called Modi Care. So far, 4.5 lakh people have taken advantage of this scheme and have got rid of many serious diseases.
500 million people will get cashless health insurance benefits

Under this scheme, cashless insurance facility will be provided to 5 million rupees for treatment of 50 crore people of the country. There is no restriction on the number of family members under this scheme, but beneficiary families will be selected on an economic basis. Under the Ayushmann Bharat Scheme, government and selected private hospitals will get free treatment facilities. Under this scheme 1.5 lakh health centers will be set up. Central and state governments will pay premiums together, in which the central government will increase 60 percent and the state government will spend 40 percent.

Today the entire vaccination has started at the rate of 6.7 percent in the country which was one percent in the previous government.

National Nutrition Mission for Children and Moms This year the International Nutrition Mission was started on International Women’s Day. Its aim is to give proper nutrition to children and mothers. With the aim of keeping children fit, arrangements for training of necessary nutrition and training, especially mothers have been arranged under this mission.
Wellness Center Approves Budget
There is also an emphasis on the Wellness Center in the 2018-19 budget of Modi Government. A provision of Rs.1200 crores fund has been made for setting up a Health Wellness Center. The Government is trying to become a Health Wellness Center in every major panchayat of the country. There will be treatment in the Wellness Center along with treatment. Not only this, the work is also going on that the medicines that are written to the patients in the district hospital are available in the Health and Wellness Center near their home.
Cheaper medicines at the Public Drug Center
In order to keep the health of the people clean, the medicines needed to get the medicines at affordable cost. This is a big step taken in this direction. Public Drug Centers are being conducted under the supervision of Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers. More than 3,000 public dispensaries have been opened across the country, where more than 800 medicines are being made available at a reduced cost.

Applying heart stent and transplanting knee has already become much cheaper. Heart stent price has decreased by 85 percent for cardiovascular patients. Stant (pistachios) costing medicine now costs about 28 thousand rupees. Only rituals are used for 95% heart patients in the country. At the same time, due to the efforts of the government, there has been a decline of 50 to 70 per cent in the price of VAT.
Increased seats in medical institutes, establishment of new institutions
The government has increased medical seats in many parts of the country, especially in villages, which are being felt lack of doctors. When Modi Government came to power in 2014, there were 52 thousand undergraduates in Medical and 30 thousand post graduate seats. There are more than 85 thousand undergraduates and more than 46 thousand postgraduate seats in the country. Apart from this, new AIIMS and Ayurvedic Sciences Institute is being established across the country. The Government is also working on the plans for the construction of a medical college among the three parliamentary seats. Clearly, these efforts of the government will also benefit the poor people of the country along with the direct benefit of the youth.
In order to provide services to the doctors in remote areas also good doctors should be available in compulsory rural and inaccessible areas, for the approval of the Central Government, the Indian Medical Council has made some improvements in the medical education rules. Now all the practitioners who receive the Postgraduate Diploma will have to serve two years in inaccessible areas. By changing the medical education rules, the Medical Council of India has reserved 50% seats in government departments for such medical staff, who have served at least 3 years in remote areas. . At the same time, for enrollment in medical courses, a weightage of 10 percent will be given per year for the service in inaccessible areas in the entrance test.
