Raipur. The second list may come today after the meeting of the Congress Central Election Committee. In which the names of candidates for 5 Lok Sabha seats of Chhattisgarh will be approved. In the last election committee meeting, no consensus could be reached on the remaining 5 seats. These names are discussed in the election committee meeting. Vishnu Yadav's name from Bilaspur is considered almost certain. Former candidates Biresh Thakur, Deepak Baij or Mohan Markam may get a chance from Kanker. Harish Lakhma can become a candidate in Bastar. Chakradhar Sidar or Laljit Singh Rathia may get a chance from Raigarh seat. The names of Amarjeet Bhagat, Premsai Singh Tekam and Shashi Singh are being discussed from Surguja. After the Central Election Committee, the second list of candidates will be released soon.
Conference on Chhattisgarh Vision 2047 in Raipur
A conference will be organized today on Chhattisgarh Vision 2047. This conference is being organized by Chhattisgarh Environment Protection Board. There will be a conference at 11:30 am in a private hotel in Raipur. The conference will be inaugurated by Finance Minister OP Chaudhary. Chief Secretary Amitabh Jain will preside over the program. Representatives of different organizations will be present in the conference. Along with this, commissioners of Raipur, Bilaspur, Durg and Bhilai Municipal Corporation will be present. In this program various aspects of environmental sustainability along with economic development will be discussed. An action plan will be prepared in the form of a road map on environmental protection for the next 25 years.
