Now the issue of examination may get stuck in making the contract workers permanent (regularization). The state government can take a big decision regarding regularization. Written examination may have to be given for regularization. Contract workers will be appointed only if they score more than 50 percent marks.
According to the information, the General Administration Department will decide the rules. All departments will have to follow this recruitment process in their Class III posts. 20% posts will be reserved for contract workers in direct recruitment. SC and ST candidates will be given relaxation of 10% marks. There will be an exam of 300 marks in which it will be mandatory to score 150 marks. In all 38 departments, employees are required to take the examination and score 50% marks.
