In a fiery response to the INDIA bloc’s stance against women’s quota in Lok Sabha, Jharkhand BJP has declared a grand ‘Aakrosh March’ in Ranchi on April 25. Starting at Morhabadi grounds and culminating at Main Road, the procession will see an influx of women protesters from six key districts.

Sunday’s strategy session at the state office, led by Aditya Sahu, mapped out the logistics. Women from Ranchi urban, east, west, Ramgarh, Khunti, and Lohardaga are expected in huge numbers, amplifying the message of discontent.

Addressing the gathering, Sahu unleashed a barrage against Congress, labeling their opposition as a direct assault on women’s empowerment. He dissected their track record: subverting justice in Shah Bano for political gains, opposing triple talaq reforms, and even challenging the President—clear markers of a party at odds with female progress.

‘Congress wants only Gandhi women in power; they block paths for the rest,’ Sahu charged, linking this elitism to the reservation roadblock. The sentiment has ignited fury across India, making the march a pivotal moment.

Leaders like Karmveer Singh, Neelkanth Singh Munda, Geeta Koda, Bhanu Pratap Shahi, and legislators C.P. Singh were present, strategizing to make it a resounding success. Sahu’s call to action resonated: turn out in force to demand justice.

This development highlights deepening divides in Indian politics, with BJP leveraging grassroots anger to push its pro-women agenda. The march could set the tone for upcoming electoral showdowns, spotlighting gender equity as a flashpoint.
