In a confident projection, JD(U)’s Rajiv Ranjan Prasad declared Friday that sky-high voter participation in Assam, Puducherry, and Kerala assembly elections points to a resounding NDA victory. The national spokesperson dissected early trends, emphasizing the alliance’s dominance.

Thursday’s voting shattered records: Assam at 85.91%, Puducherry leading with 89.87%, and Kerala at 78.27%. Prasad, in an IANS interaction, described it as a mandate in making. “NDA is charging toward clear majorities in Assam and Puducherry,” he stated, while noting BJP’s incremental gains in Kerala could upend the LDF-UDF duopoly.

Shifting to West Bengal, Prasad slammed TMC’s Mamata Banerjee amid ongoing phases of polling. Lawlessness, economic stagnation, and unemployment dominate discourse, drawing voters to BJP. “Mamata senses her government’s ouster,” he quipped, highlighting how NDA’s federal leverage appeals to Bengal’s populace.

Defending Bihar against opposition attacks, Prasad recalled the 2020 verdict where Nitish Kumar’s leadership prevailed. “Bihar boasts top-tier law and order nationwide,” he affirmed, crediting the ‘Sushasan’ blueprint for sustained faith.

With May 4 countdown ticking, Prasad’s upbeat outlook fuels speculation on India’s shifting political landscape, blending regional fervor with national alliances.
