Sharad Pawar Supports Maratha Reservation Demand; Details of Shinde Committee Meeting with Jarange

The ongoing agitation by Manoj Jarange Patil for Maratha reservation entered its second day. A Shinde Committee, led by retired Justice Shinde, was formed to investigate Kunbi records. Retired Justice Shinde met with Manoj Jarange Patil on Saturday. During the meeting, the Shinde Committee requested some time to implement the demands. However, Jarange Patil stated he would not give even a minute to implement the Hyderabad and Satara state gazetteers. Meanwhile, NCP leader Sharad Pawar has supported the demand for Maratha reservation.
