Zelensky Details Targets: Ryazan Refinery, Crimea Fleet Base, and More

President Volodymyr Zelensky posted on X that Ukrainian long‑range capabilities have recently delivered results against Russian war‑supporting installations. The first disclosed target was an oil refinery and a logistics centre in Ryazan, roughly 360 km from the Ukrainian frontier.

He added that Ukrainian missiles reached a high‑speed vessel base of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in temporarily occupied Crimea. Further strikes hit a refinery in the Perm area, an export terminal in the Rostov region, and a defence‑industry enterprise. Zelensky thanked the troops for the “precise execution” of the operations and the intelligence networks that made them possible.

The president warned that Moscow must feel the escalating cost of the conflict daily and reiterated Kyiv’s resolve to degrade Russia’s ability to wage war until peace is restored.
