US Military Reports 100 Casualties in Ongoing Iran Conflict

In a brief briefing, the U.S. defense establishment confirmed that one hundred soldiers have been wounded in the continuing hostilities with Iran. Spokesperson Shawn Parrinell told the audience on X that these injuries stem from the assaults carried out after July 7, and that 96 percent of the injured personnel have already resumed their duties, mostly suffering from mild concussions.

Parrinell noted that the Defense Casualty Analysis System will provide a detailed casualty report soon, countering claims that the ministry had hidden the figures. The death toll has now reached 17, with three deaths recorded recently: a first lieutenant in Jordan, a private at Muwafaq Salti air base, and another soldier who died while a drone‑laden explosive was being neutralised in northern Iraq.

The latest air raid on Iran, conducted Monday at 4 p.m. EDT, marked the tenth day in a row that U.S. forces have launched strikes as part of Operation Epic Fury, which began on February 28.
