Kerala, August 17 – The eighth iteration of the Indo‑US Explosive Ordnance Disposal exercise reached its conclusion on August 14 at the Southern Naval Command headquarters in Kochi. Over five days, naval divers from both countries refined techniques for neutralising improvised charges, used unmanned submersibles to collapse gunpowder galleries, and practiced simulated wreck‑recovery missions with precision slithering techniques.
