UPSC CSE Final Result Declared: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the final results of the Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2024 on 22 April. A total of 1009 candidates passed UPSC
Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has selected 1,009 candidates for the Civil Services Examination 2024. These selected candidates will be appointed in the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS) and other Central Services (Group A and B). These include candidates from different classes, including 335 general class, 109 economically weaker sections, 318 Other Backward Classes (OBC), 160 Scheduled Castes (SC) and 87 Scheduled Tribes (ST) candidates.
Selection of 45 candidates from Divyang category
This time a total of 45 candidates have been selected under the Divyang Category (PWBD), with 12 visually impaired (PWBD-1), 8 hearing impaired (PWBD-2), 16 unable to walk (PWBD-3) and 9 other disability (PWBD-5).
