UN assembly hears Chinese plea for multilateral compliance

He warned that secondary sanctions and excessive compliance exacerbate existing humanitarian and economic challenges, jeopardizing food, energy and financial security worldwide. The ambassador urged Western powers to heed the legitimate calls from the international community and withdraw all unilateral sanctions without preconditions.
