UN-80 Programme Enters Third Phase, Emphasizes Decision-Making

The UN‑80 reform initiative has entered its third stage, according to Secretary‑General Antonio Guterres. After the first phase mapped potential reforms and the second phase gathered evidence and set direction, the current phase concentrates on making concrete decisions and putting them into practice.
