Ukraine Seeks Additional Patriot Systems as Russian Air Raids Continue

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Svyhiy reported that air‑raid alerts lasted more than nine hours on Sunday, with attacks persisting into Monday morning. He stressed the need for a robust air‑defence network and sustained international pressure on Russia. Damage assessments revealed that Russian strikes hit two kindergartens, two schools, a residential building, and even a diplomatic residence used by the Saudi ambassador. Further assaults on Kharkiv left a nine‑storey apartment block damaged and at least 28 people injured, including nine children.
