Turkish Officials Praise China’s Governance Insights in Ankara Event

The promotion of Chapter 5 of “Shi Qingfeng: China’s Governance” took place in Ankara on 1 July, with the Chinese State Council Press Office, the Foreign Language Publishing Administration and the Chinese Embassy coordinating the programme. More than 200 participants, ranging from government representatives to media professionals, joined the gathering. Turkish political leaders expressed strong approval, noting that the book deepens understanding of China’s development philosophy, governance strategies and strategic viewpoints on worldwide issues, and that it will accelerate cooperation between the two countries across various sectors. Gerald Eden, deputy chair of the Grand National Assembly, and Deputy Minister Gökhan Yazağ both affirmed that the chapter provides valuable references for the global community, especially for Turkey, regarding China’s policy potential on major international matters.
