During a briefing with NATO leaders, Trump asserted that the United States’ patience with Iran’s nuclear negotiations is wearing thin. He recounted that earlier this month the U.S. halted a series of operations, only to see Tehran resume provocative actions. "The diplomatic process is almost exhausted," the president said, linking the recent airstrikes on Iranian military sites to Tehran’s alleged use of drones and missiles near the Kharg oil hub, the nation’s largest export terminal. He emphasized that while American troops have been instructed to avoid targeting pipelines, every other strategic asset on Kharg Island is now a valid target.
