Trump Orders Investigation into Suppressed Intelligence on Chinese Plots

Former President Donald Trump demanded an immediate probe into alleged suppression of critical intelligence regarding Chinese interference in the 2020 U.S. election. Speaking from the White House, Trump said that internal emails from intelligence agencies confirmed that senior officials deliberately altered his daily briefing to hide evidence of Beijing’s illicit activities.

He claimed that the CIA, FBI and other national‑security bodies produced dozens of reports linking China to voter‑data theft, election‑influence campaigns and attempts to pressure major American corporations into opposing U.S. policies. Trump alleged that these reports were never shared with the President, nor with congressional oversight committees.
