Trump Claims Iran’s Navy and Air Forces Neutralized, War Near Conclusion
During a recent interview, Donald Trump announced that the Iranian navy, air force and radar network have been completely crippled by U.S. actions. He said the American fleet operating in the Hormuz Strait is performing "outstanding work" and that senior Iranian leaders have already been taken out.
He blamed the country’s turmoil on a clash between two domestic political currents, describing it as a chaotic debate over who should negotiate and who should not. Trump assured listeners that this chaos will soon be resolved in America’s favor.
When probed about how the hostilities will end, he answered that they will cease either through direct combat or via a negotiated agreement that bans Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons. He stressed that the United States will sign any treaty only on its own terms.
Trump also hinted that Russian oil shipments to the United States will soon put a damper on soaring global oil prices.
