Sumy Plant of Indian Drug Maker Targeted by Russian UAV, Casualties Reported

The Ukrainian president condemned the Russian drone strike that hit a generic drug warehouse in Sumy, part of the Indian pharmaceutical group Kusum. One person lost their life while several others were taken to hospitals. President Volodymyr Zelensky noted that the same night Russian forces launched more than 135 attack drones across multiple regions, including Kharkiv, Kyiv, and Donetsk, using both jet‑propelled and traditional models.
