Key topics included the deployment of visual aids, the creation of culturally resonant messages, and the prevention of reactionary ideological spread through advanced digital safeguards. Kim described these steps as essential for aligning the party’s narrative with the expectations of the people and the pace of the revolution.

Delegates left the venue with a directive to intensify propaganda campaigns that reinforce the decisions of the Ninth Congress, customizing ideological work for each organizational level.
