His lawyer told the court that many products are being sold in the market using Sadhguru without permission. Now after hearing the case, Delhi High Court Judge Justice Saurabh Banerjee has agreed to pass the interim order in the case.

Accused of reputation and violation of rights
The lawyer of the spiritual guru Sadhguru told the court that some unauthorized websites and sellers are selling products in the name of Sadhguru, leading to violation of their reputation and rights. During the hearing of the case, senior advocate Saikrishna Rajagopal, who appeared on behalf of Sadhguru, requested the court to issue a dynamic injunction to protect the personality rights of Sadhguru. This order was said to be necessary to curb all such possible violations in the future.
