The first agreement formalises India’s commitment to the construction and operation of the super‑specialty hospital in Jenin, outlining joint governance, staffing and technology transfer mechanisms. The second MoU focuses on vocational training in the printing industry, establishing a commercial‑training programme that will equip Palestinian youth with modern skills. Both accords were signed by Ranganathan, Health Minister Dr. Majed Abu Ramadan and Labour Minister Dr. Enas Dahadaha Attari. The deals were hailed as milestones that will create lasting employment opportunities and improve health outcomes across the region.
