PTI Labels KP Emergency a Major Political Blunder

Pakistan Tehreek‑e‑Insaf (PTI) condemned the emergency as a "big political mistake" and an undemocratic step. PTI chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan warned that counter‑terrorism efforts cannot be misused to silence public opinion, achieve partisan goals, or undermine provincial constitutional powers. He emphasized that a genuine fight against terrorism requires national unity and a collective strategy, not the suspension of democratic institutions.
