Protests erupted in London against restrictions imposed on a pro-Palestinian group in the UK. Over 365 individuals were arrested on Saturday for allegedly violating the law to pressure the government to reconsider the new measures. Parliament had passed a law in early July to ban the group named Palestine Action.
The ban came about due to the group’s activists allegedly damaging two aircraft by entering a UK Air Force base. The activists have been protesting against the UK for supporting Israel’s attacks against Hamas in Gaza.
