Panama‑India Relations Explored Across Trade, Digital and Maritime Sectors

During the encounter, the foreign ministers recalled the July visit of Panama’s Javer Martinez‑Acha to India, where he met with Minister S. Jaishankar. That earlier dialogue highlighted the strategic importance of Panama as a gateway to Latin America and the Caribbean. The current talks revisited those themes, adding a focus on digital public infrastructure, maritime security, and joint research in agriculture and health. Both countries see potential for joint ventures that could benefit their respective economies.
