Speaking at a routine press conference, He sharply criticized American interventions as severe breaches of sovereignty and dangers to regional peace in Latin America.
China-Venezuela partnerships, He explained, are legitimate collaborations between sovereign states, shielded by global norms and domestic regulations. External powers have no locus standi to interfere, and political changes in Caracas will not deter Beijing’s pursuit of deeper bilateral engagement.
He elaborated on China’s approach to Latin America, rooted in mutual respect, shared gains, and non-interference. Unlike others, Beijing avoids dominance or exclusionary tactics. Economic synergies, coupled with open and inclusive frameworks, define these successful relationships.
