The images from Gaza, depicting starving children and the ruins of once-vibrant streets, are heartbreaking. In the 21st century, as humanity speaks of colonizing the moon, the people of Gaza are struggling for mere bread. Is the starvation of helpless individuals a collateral damage of war, or a calculated strategy?
Since October 2023, 263 people have died of starvation in Gaza, with over half being children. Is Israel deliberately starving Gaza? Is this a political move by Netanyahu, or does it have another agenda? And the biggest question: why are the 57 Muslim countries silent?
According to the Gaza Health Ministry, 263 deaths have occurred due to starvation since October 2023, including 110 children. The United Nations World Food Programme reports famine-like conditions in Gaza. Out of a population of 2.1 million, 700,000 people are without food for several days. Thirty-three percent of the population is experiencing complete food insecurity.
A Human Rights Watch report claims that Israel has deliberately stopped the supply of food, water, and medicine, violating international law.
