Multi‑State Lawsuit Targets CDLIS Database

More than twenty states, led by Virginia Attorney General Jay Jones, have filed lawsuits against the federal agencies and the nonprofit that operates the Commercial Driver’s License Information System, alleging violations of privacy statutes.
