Prime Ministers Modi and Takahashi pledge deeper cooperation across sectors

Both leaders highlighted their commitment to expand collaboration in commerce, infrastructure, digital innovation and defence. They reiterated support for the Free and Open Indo‑Pacific (FOIP) vision championed by Prime Minister Takahashi and for India’s Mutual and Holistic Advancement for Security and Growth across Regions (MUSHAR) framework. Together, they aim to transform the Indo‑Pacific into a prosperous maritime space where freedom and prosperity thrive.
