Miss India Worldwide 2026: Trinidad’s Heli Pissadi Takes the Crown
Port of Spain witnessed the crowning of Trinidad and Tobago’s Heli Pissadi as Miss India Worldwide 2026 during the pageant’s 33rd edition.
The young law student, aged 19, received her crown from Neelam Saran, co‑chair of Worldwide Pageants, at the National Academy for the Performing Arts. The event featured contestants of Indian descent from numerous countries, making it the longest‑standing Indian beauty competition held outside India.
In parallel, Dr. Shraddha Manginani of the United States was awarded the Miss‑India‑Worldwide 2026 title, while Luna Jeyaram from the Netherlands secured the Miss Teen India Worldwide 2026 crown.
Photos captured Pissadi wearing the Miss India Worldwide sash alongside the other title‑holders. The pageant, driven by Indian‑American organizers Neelam and Dharma Saran, highlighted Indian culture, performing arts, and core values alongside conventional pageant criteria.
Over more than three decades, Miss India Worldwide has evolved into a global stage for the Indian diaspora, fostering cultural pride and artistic expression.
