Madhusudan Visits Abe Retrospective Exhibition, Highlights Shared Friendship

Tokyo, 6 July – Charge d’affaires Madhusudan of the Indian Embassy joined a special exhibition dedicated to former Prime Minister Shinzo Abe after being invited by Mrs. Akie Abe. The exhibition, described as moving and reflective, displayed photographs, speeches and a handwritten condolence note from Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The showcase also replayed Abe’s landmark speech delivered to the Indian Parliament, a moment that symbolised the enduring bond between the two countries. Madhusudan emphasized that the event reinforced the shared values and strategic alignment that have guided India‑Japan relations for decades.

In a follow‑up post on the embassy’s X channel, Madhusudan thanked the Japanese lawmakers who have consistently stood by India’s partnership agenda, and called for the continuation of Abe’s vision of “never letting our dream end.”
