Liquor Policy Case: CM Arvind Kejriwal sent on ED remand for 6 days

New Delhi. PMLA Court has sent Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal on remand for 6 days. ED had demanded to send Kejriwal on remand for 10 days. However, the court has sent Kejriwal on remand till March 18.

In the remand note of ED, AAP party has been described as a company. In the remand note of ED, Kejriwal has been described as the mastermind. ED has written that Kejriwal has an important role in making the excise policy. The money received as bribe was invested in the Goa elections. ED has claimed that money was taken from South Lobby in collaboration with Vijay Nair and Manish Sisodia. C Arvind, who was Manish Sisodia's secretary, told in his statement that in March 2021, Manish Sisodia called C Arvind to Kejriwal's house and gave him a 30-page GOM draft. Satendra Jain and Arvind Kejriwal were present there at that time.

Aam Aadmi Party will not celebrate Holi
