Large Cache of Weapons Seized During Intelligence‑Driven Raid in Balochistan
During the same series of operations, security units recovered a substantial stockpile of small arms, ammunition and explosive material from multiple sites across Balochistan. ISPR reported that the seized weapons included assault rifles, handguns, grenades and several kilograms of improvised explosive components.
The cache was uncovered in the course of house‑to‑house searches in the Quetta, Nushki and Khuzaadar districts, following tips from local informants. Authorities highlighted that the seizure deprives insurgent cells of critical firepower and disrupts their logistical chains.
Officials emphasized that such successes are the direct outcome of robust intelligence networks and a renewed focus on inter‑agency cooperation, which they say will remain a cornerstone of the ongoing counter‑terrorism drive.
