Jordan and Qatar Dispatch Humanitarian Aid to Caracas

In response to the disaster, Jordan’s armed forces, in cooperation with Qatar, sent a C‑17 military transport aircraft from Amman to Caracas carrying 26 tonnes of medical supplies, equipment, food parcels and rescue gear. The cargo also included tools for the Jordan International Search and Rescue team, which began operations earlier this week. A second Qatar‑supported flight is scheduled to depart on Friday with additional humanitarian, medical and nutritional aid, reinforcing the international relief effort under the direction of King Abdullah II.
