Joint venture boosts Indian manufacturing and Indo‑Pacific supply chain

The Javelin Joint Venture, formed by Lockheed Martin, Raytheon and Tata Advanced Systems, evaluated the capabilities of several Indian firms before selecting a prime partner for co‑production. The selected partner will develop component factories and an integration line for the Javelin all‑up‑round, supporting future growth in the defence sector. The initiative is designed to make the supply chain more resilient and reliable across the Indo‑Pacific, providing strategic depth for allied forces.
