Johnson Says Lifting Sanctions Won’t Fix Oil Prices, War Must End

He insisted that the only way to restore normal flows to the global market is to end the conflict in Ukraine and guarantee a sovereign, independent state. Johnson warned that any attempt to use the energy shock as a bargaining chip for Russia will fail and will not produce lasting price relief.
