Israel is reportedly attempting to assassinate Houthi leaders, mirroring its actions against Hamas, Iranian, and Hezbollah leaders.
According to Israeli website Walla, there was a failed assassination attempt on Major General Mohammad Abdul Karim al-Ghamari, the Chief of Staff of the Houthi army. The report, citing security sources, indicated the operation took place but failed. The general survived the attempt.
