Iranian UN delegate demands accountability for Bahrain's base usage

Ali Karimī Moghamm, speaking for Iran at the UN, said Bahrain had never been a direct target of Iranian attacks but had allowed the United States to use its territory for unlawful military operations. He warned that the Gulf nation cannot claim surprise if Tehran retaliates after its land is employed in a campaign against Iran. The delegate highlighted two paths for the region: collective security or continued vulnerability, urging Bahrain to choose the former.
