Arif Cites US‑Israel Conflicts as Proof of Iran's Defensive Resolve

Vice President Mohammad Reza Arif recalled two recent armed confrontations with the United States and Israel — the first in June 2025, lasting twelve days, and the second beginning on February 28, 2026, ending after forty days in early April. He claimed Iran's strong resistance and counter‑offensives forced the opponents to accept a cease‑fire.

According to Arif, these episodes demonstrate Iran's capacity to defend its sovereignty. He urged continued vigilance, stating that enemies will keep seeking opportunities to inflict damage, making enhanced cyber security and passive defence a strategic imperative.
