India Dispatches Second Large Humanitarian Aid Shipment to Flood‑Stricken Nepal

Following the initial dispatch of 10 tonnes of relief supplies on Wednesday, India sent a second consignment of 37.5 tonnes on Thursday to support flood‑affected communities in Nepal.

The aid, handed over formally by India’s Ambassador to Nepal, Navin Shrivastav, to Nepal’s Minister of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, Khadak Raj Paudel, includes food packets, dry rations, medical kits and shelter material.

The minister thanked India for its swift humanitarian response, noting that the supplies will reach families displaced by the flash‑flood and subsequent landslides.
