India Boosts Defence Ties with Seychelles Through Equipment Hand‑over and Training

Last month New Delhi delivered calibrated avionics, repaired electronic units and safety gear to the Seychelles Defence Forces. The hand‑over included three repaired Dornier‑Maine electronic units, 18 specialised aircraft instrument sets, 50 helmets and nautical ropes. Indian Navy facilities carried out free calibration and repair, enabling the Seychelles Air Force to conduct in‑house testing, search‑and‑rescue (SAR) and casualty evacuation (CASEVAC) operations more efficiently.
