Space and Cyber Collaboration Expanded as Australia Backs Gaganyaan

Australia reiterated its support for India’s Gaganyaan human spaceflight programme and urged greater collaboration between ISRO and the Australian Space Agency. The two space agencies will explore joint satellite projects, data sharing and capacity building.

On the cyber front, both countries agreed to enhance cooperation on digital resilience, critical technology research and joint cybersecurity initiatives. A new framework will guide the exchange of information on threats, protection of critical infrastructure and development of secure supply chains.
