The United Kashmir Peoples National Party (UKPNP) has raised alarms over a prolonged communications blackout, travel restrictions, and shortages of food and medicine affecting millions since June 7. The party appealed to the international community to lift the blockade and enable unhindered flow of humanitarian aid. It also demanded that Pakistani officials present JAAC leader Shaukat Nawaz Mir, along with other missing detainees, before independent courts without delay, guaranteeing legal representation and a public trial in line with international human‑rights standards.
