Floating LNG Terminal Construction Expected to Take Up to 18 Months, Delaying Relief

According to the minister, building a floating LNG terminal will take roughly one and a half to two years. Until the terminal becomes operational, Bangladesh will remain dependent on limited gas imports, which directly impacts the ability to generate enough electricity to meet demand.
