Ebola Cases Surge Past 2,500 in Congo; Death Toll Exceeds One Thousand

Kinshasa, July 23 – The DRC health ministry announced 2,536 Ebola infections and a death toll of 1,033, with 506 recoveries and 738 patients still in isolation.
