The mysteries of Mars continue to captivate scientists, and the latest discovery by NASA’s Curiosity rover has only deepened the intrigue. The rover has identified formations resembling dinosaur eggs on the Martian surface. These findings, found within the planet’s rocks, have sparked immense curiosity among researchers.
The discovery was made in an area called ‘The Boxworks,’ located on the slopes of Mount Sharp, within Gediz Vallis Ridge. The Martian rocks exhibit vein-like cracks and lines, providing a glimpse into the planet’s past, when rivers and lakes once flowed. Their layered structure and raised shapes hint at past moisture that gradually dried up.
